A diet is the most important thing when you want to lose weight. But in order to lose weight and keep it that way, make sure to change your lifestyle forever. You can’t go on a hard diet in just a few months and then start eating like you used to again, then you’ll immediately gain all the pounds that you’ve just lost. Think instead of moving all the bad foods in your daily life and move it to the weekends. Then remove unnecessary carbs like potatoes, pasta, rice and bread. Instead make a big salad or a good wook, fresh fruit smoothies or fruitsalads. Move the carbs to the weekend to treat yourself with. I always eat something a little unhealthy on the weekends because I don’t believe that you can end something completely, at least not me who had a sugar addiction before.

And ofcourse you have to take hold of exercise and build up a regular exercise routine that you can follow for life. Do something you enjoy doing. Workout should be fun, not something just because you have to lose weight. You‘ll get tired after 1 week. In the beginning, I ate only unnecessary carbs on the weekends and worked out three times a week. In the 1 month I had lost 3 kg. And keep in mind that it will not go super fast if you want to have a good lifestyle and keep the weight. Good luck sweetie!

I’m glad that you like my blog so much. And that I don’t do this for nothing haha. Hm.. It’s so hard when you’ve had a day full of bad food .. But when I feel really swollen and heavy after a binge, I usually at least take a walk. Do you have time to work out then do it, do something good for your body. You will not change that you ate something bad, it has already put it’s mark on the skin and all. But you can at least work off the calories so you don’t gain anything, plus minus zero you know. And remember, you will not gain 5 kg just because you ate bad 1 day. Take the rest of the week and work hard, eat healthy and LIVE. What is a life if you’ll only feel guilty about something unhealthy you ate every now and then? Good luck with your weightloss, I hope you reach your goals!
